I told you so.

The new Rogue Traders single is, as previously reported, total brilliance. "Don't You Wanna Feel" is released in Oz on the 29th of September, with the album "Better In The Dark" (which is an EXCELLENT progression in sound for the guys) following shortly after on October 13th.
The song is now all over Australian radio and has probably no doubt already leaked somewhere on the internet, so it shouldn't be too hard for you to check it out.
Guess next month is all about releases from the Rogue's and Sugababes then.
Labels: Australian Pop, Rogue Traders

you got some hard work ahead of you dude if you want to convince me of the aceness of rogue traders. Someone tried to convince me Steph MacIntosh was good once. I still sit in the corner of a shower rocking to get the dirt off me!! Haha.

Rogue Traders and Steph M are not even in the same league. RT have been at this for yeeears before Natalie came along, and this album is their most solid yet. The new single is VERY Divinyls which instantly sits itself at legendary status for me. The new stuff is rock solid, an indication of brilliant progression and is also the first record of tracks Natalie's written WITH James & co.
I'm hoping once the new album's out you'll be singing a different tune ;)

I am loving the new Rogue Traders song; it is absolutely fucking amazing. I keep hearing a bit of Blondie in there but that could be something to do with local radio's 'Blondie Special' or, as I suspect, someone just putting on their greatest hits and fucking off early.
Stephanie McIntosh - now, she is a different story. I like her. I quite love her. I feel that, expecially in the UK, her PR for the album that may (or may not?) be released was majorly fucked up by the people at her PR company. During her time over here 'trying' to get people interested in the whole project there was not one interview, or performance on anything but midday television where - get this - no one cares. I still do want to buy her album legally, but as it is never in any of the shops that I've looked it, to be honest, I've given up. And I'm a bit annoyed about it, to be honest, because after the first album I fail to see how there will be a second despite the brilliance of 'Tightrope', 'Shall I...' and 'Mistake'. Dirt, Paul? I think not, although obviously, in terms of reputable bands and artists The Rogues are clearly miles ahead of someone who fails to lipsynch well.
BUT IS THAT BRITNEY OR STEPH!?

I think Steph needs to completely reconsider her entire musical career if she wants to record a second album. She NEEDS to undergo intense media coaching. She NEEDS to overcome her fear of performing in front of more than just the cast and crew of Neighbours. She NEEDS to learn how to sing.
She's got great songs, yes, but that isn't enough for me. I genuinely like Steph but she needs to get serious about being a pop star if this is what she wants to do. If not, then I hope she left Neighbours on good terms.

I hate both of those useless cunts. Stephanie looks like princess Fiona from Shrek after she became an ogre and sounds like Hilary Duff with constipation, while Natalie has a face like a sheep's arsehole and the voice of a broken foghorn. Next.
