Previously on "Other Brilliant Blogs"...

I was going to discuss the new Janet album "20 Y.O." with you all at some stage this week. It's not very good you see, and I thought I had quite a bit to say on the matter. But it seems that the genius xolondon has managed to sum up how I feel in one sentence: "Thanks for nothing, slut!". Indeed. You can read xo's hilarious review in full right about here.

Whilst we're on the subject of spectacular journalism, Hules over at
Hulestopia has written up a report of sorts detailing poor Naomi Robson's terrifying experiences trapped in an Indonesian jail cell the other week. Apparently: "The amount of abuse was mind-blowing. Some of the names that were thrown at me included 'dog', 'white she-devil', 'coke addict', but I think the one that cut me the most was 'Tracey'. Naomi starts to sob uncontrollably, "and that was just at the airport when I got home." As you can see, this is nothing short of splendid. Story in full...

Jess from Ausculture got quite a sight (and sound!) last week whilst situated on Brunswick Street, whilst the equally as brilliant Clem from Lightning Struck Itself has been to the Royal Melbourne Show. She's eaten almost as much as I will when I go on Friday night.

The delightful Ella from
Don't Stop The Pop has put together a post made in Fashion Week Heaven. Up for grabs in MP3 format is some Girls Aloud, Carmen Electra (!), Naomi Campbell and what could very well be the best Pay TV song in existence, "Top Model". I suggest you walk the runway over to 'the pop pronto and grab these "whilst they are still hot."

The amazing
Hotstuff Files have Intel on what La Stevens of the Rachel variety and La Minogue of the Dannii variety have both been up to. One is half naked and the other is in trouble with the law. Fascinating.

Scott, To Be Certain is, with no shade of doubt, the BEST PLACE to read about the current progression of Australian Idol this season. Not only does the Marcia-god consistently feature, but now there are KKK references which have to be read to be believed. Truly inspiring.

And finally, the lovely
Poster Girl over at, er, Poster Girl, has supplied us all with an in depth history of a boy band I obsessed over for about 3 months in 1999, A1. MP3's, You-Tube clips and much more can be found by heading over there.

Sensational.

    Awww. Thanks.

Is there anything I can do to make it up to you? Anything?? Anything at all?

    *unbuttons belt* ANYTHING!?

Meanwhile, I don't even need to go down that link to know it's Dannii who is half naked.

    That poor girl.
