We're feeling better now, and something's "cooking"...

 ...so while we get working on warming up our 'rusty pipes', why don't you waste a bit of time by joining the IAR forum, and maybe even making some posts on it?!!? It's been online for quite some time, but sadly only seems to boast 59 members.
You could also head on over to the official IAR MySpace, er, space, and have a listen to the Sugababes' new single "Red Dress", with Amelle (who we are madly in love with) on vocals. Hurrah!!
After you've done that, head on over to the 1001 Greatest Pop Songs website, which we're a contributor of - and read the top 20 so far. Those crazy gals from CFBgoespop have been on a musical roll and put in a lot of effort within the site, so go over there and enjoy it on a severe level, for goodness sake!
